Cancellation Policies
I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for all services and products. Pre-booking an appointment is always encouraged, but some services can be offered as walk-ins; they are gladly accepted. As a courtesy to all, please cancel your appointment enough in advance so that the time may be offered to another client. If any appointment is no-showed, 50% of your treatment cost will be charged to you or added at your next visit.
Gift Certificates are not refundable; other services may be substituted for the face value of a gift certificate.
