Cancellation Policy
I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for all services and products. If a check from you is returned, you will owe the amount of the service, plus an additional bank fee.
Pre-booking an appointment is always encouraged,
but some hair removal services can be offered as walk-ins; they are gladly
accepted. All Skin care treatments and any appointments lasting more than one hour will require a credit card to reserve your time.
As a courtesy
to all, please cancel your appointment enough in advance so that the time may be offered to another client. You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before
the close of business on the day before your
appointment. Friday
and Saturday
appointments need at least 24 hour notice.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled
service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show
up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged
50% of your service cost.
Gift Certificates are not refundable; other services may be substituted for the face value. If an appointment scheduled with a gift certificate is not cancelled within policy, it will be forfeited.
