Cancellation Policy
I accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all services and products. If a check from you is returned, you will owe the amount of the service, plus an additional bank fee.
As a courtesy to all, please cancel your appointment enough in advance so that the time may be offered to another client. Appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your service cost.
Gift Certificates are not refundable; other services may be substituted for the face value. If an appointment scheduled with a gift certificate is not cancelled within policy, it will be forfeited.
